Kijah Hanson

Kijah grew up in a little county town in Western Wisconsin, instantly fell in love with Summit County and the mountains when visiting in 2002 and moved within weeks. Kijah and her family enjoy playing in Breckenridge’s winter wonderland and the fabulous summers with endless trails to explore. They take full advantage of all the recreational activities Summit has to offer including the ice rink, one of her favorite passions is hockey and it runs in the family. Her youngest son is named Bauer after the hockey brand! If you can’t find her at the office or on the mountains, she is probably at the ice rink. Kijah has been in real estate since 2004 along with property management and more experience owning a cleaning company in the past has given her extensive knowledge in every area that comes with owning an investment property or 2 nd home. She covers all areas from Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Copper and all of Park County. Kijah had the opportunity to work on three of the highest-end developments in Breckenridge, which gave her the knowledge and expertise on how to maximize your investment and rental opportunities.
